Chatham High School Business Plan Competition

Rules and Guidelines

1. All entries must be from students enrolled in grades 9-12 at Northwood, Jordan-Matthews, Chatham Central or SAGE Academy in Chatham  County, North Carolina
2. Teams must have 2-3 students and can only submit to each round once
3. Teams are required to complete the work, with limited technical assistance or advice from instructors, parents, and mentors.
4. All entries must adhere to the established timeline. Submissions must meet deadlines by 5:00 p.m EST on the due date. No late submissions will be accepted. Email all submissions to mhowe@chathamedc.org
5. All ideas or business concepts must be within the boundaries of local and state laws
6. All decisions of the judges are final
7. The EDC reserves the right to use content, concepts, and other media of participants and work submitted for future competition promotions
8. All ideas submitted will remain the property of the submitting teams
